As far as I know, there were no convertibles and no t-tops. I believe all were hardtops and also all of them with the exception of Helen Gibbs car, came with manual transmissions. Bill Portfield's car has recently been retrofitted with an automatic transmission.

Are you planning to be at the Berger Show this Friday and Saturday?

Yes I will be there this weekend. The reason I ask is because I thought the same as you, until I saw a ZL-1 today at Berger that is a convertible. It is blue with white stripes and has the 427 phase 3 package. I am guessing it will be at the show this weekend.

Maybe Dennis Barker will chime in and give us a breakdown of the builds for the ZL1's. It would be nice to see a breakdown for the '00-'02 Bergers as well.

The car you seen at Berger is Matt Berger's WIFE'S Hot Rod Magazine car # 2002, Le Mans Blue /White convertible/ White leather interior 427/ Automatic/ W/ Fikse Profil 13 18" wheels all the way around it. NEED WE SAY MORE ??? It is a Beautiful car !!!!! I do not have the breakdown on the Berger SS Camaro's right at hand and will not be able to provide that in the very near future. The plate is rather full at this time. ALL ZL-1's were hardtops.
Thanks,
Dennis

Dennis, any Daytona Yellow Hotrod issue Camaros left? Still working on my father, trying to get him to buy one instead of a new speed boat.

The 427 on the side is what threw me.
