Not to disagree with Mike but........it's OK to get excited JD. It would be nice to see one on a cover sometime. Black cars don't seem to get much magazine coverage!!!!!!!!! [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] I was always told it was because they don't photograph well. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bs.gif[/img] I think it's just the Bad A$$ attitude they exude! [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

I just got back from the store and found the Summer 2003 Issue of Camaro Performers.
It has what looks to be a Black,or Dk. Blue 4th generation SS on the cover with red hood & roof stripe while flying down the road. Also features Charles Lumpkins Silver 02 Zl-1,with a picture of Helen Gibb signing it at VetteFest last November..Great Vintage photo of Grumpy launching off the line too! And a Reprint of the 1968 427 Street Camaro built by Nickey/Bill Thomas,with photos and text..GOOD STUFF.... Mike Is this the issue you are looking for? If so,how many do you want? Rick
