Found him. Shawn White lives in Kingman with his significant other Eleanor. The phone # he gave Dan appears to be an unlisted cell phone number in the Las Vegas exchange. I found at least one posting of his where he advertised several el-cheapo musclecars for sale. Possibly a used car dealer, obviously a liar.
