The answer is: yes
I checked them out this evening, and also looked up their part numbers. The pair of NOS door moldings have the black painted centers. For the detail oriented person, I believe this may be correct for '70-74, and functional on '68-69. The single NOS fender molding has the black tape, which looks to be "correct" for '69 and functional for 70-74. The single NOS quarter panel molding is also black tape.
