Jeff,
I don't recall ever having seen, stripe delete designated on a Camaro Trim Tag.

I used to work with a guy who ordered a 74 or 75 corvette that was delivered unpainted because he wanted a custom paint job. I don't know if it was "delivered in white"

Stefano, I know of a Blue 69 Z28 out of N. Illinois, (Cederville) that had the Dash paint code and it was a stripe delete car. Went to school with the orginal owner, want to say his son owns the car now.

I have seen the dash paint code on a 68 Yenko Camaro and believe it was for stripe delete.

My 1821 mile original paint black Z28 is a stripe delete car and the cowl tag has a - - code for paint. Pictures of the car are on my website. Thanks

Ok, so - - on a Camaro could represent a standard paint color but stripe delete.

Thanks for the info.

Without any documentation ( or ownership history etc. )I suggest you be very careful regarding the authenticity of the car !
