Scranton? Looks like I-70 meets up with I-76 just south of Pittsburgh, which is a LONG WAYS from Scranton!

Looking for the best route from the west, but not wanting to pay an arm/leg in tolls. What kind of road is US-30? Would it be better to suck it up and stay in 70/76? We are trying to get to the York show.
