I'm a doubter that a test vehicle would have a factory spare in it after 3 years of use. The garage would rotate them. That tire is a vintage replacement, possibly right before they sold the car. And the rim shouldn't be black unless all the rims were black.

I've never seen an original first gen spare with a code on it, and there wasn't a broadcast code for first gen tires.
What do the judging standards or Brian / Jerry say?
