[ QUOTE ]
It's not 'just a 6cyl Nova', it is probably the best reference Nova out there. It is best to leave it alone, there are plenty of other cars to hot-rod. [/ QUOTE ] I think you missed my sarcasm in that comment Marlin. That's a sweet looking Nova and it would be very difficult to alter it. Good thing I don't have any money, my Hugger Orange JL8 and a Hugger Orange Nova would be a cool combination. I would only need a Hugger Orange COPO to go with it.

I got the sarcasm! I know many guys would love to stuff a 502 in that car, but it's too good of a reference car!

Super neat Nova. My '67 Z28 street car came out of the same dealership. I love the dealership emblem with the horse rearing up on its back legs and the word Mustang. Nice bit of irony on a Camaro. I'm with Marlin. Hopefully the car will find its way to an owner who will leave it as it is.

The new owner would not only get a great car, you would also receive(at no extra charge) your very own Marlin hood orniment held firmly in place with logging chains. Seems like everyone thinks this car should be stored away in someone elses garage!
Dont get me wrong... I am a purist when it comes to keeping cars original. I would wish someone would buy this car for a museum and stick it away. But this car has no significance other than being a beautiful low mile original car and apparently that isnt enought to entice anyone to buy it for that purpose. If it is worth saving then someone should buy it. I think the next guy who says what an amazing piece of history the car is should be the one who buys it an preserves it!!!!! You can never learn enough from a car like this one, it should always be a reference car - and left alone. I'll unchain myself from the front bumper now

I guess it's going to stay with me. Thanks for the feedback on the car. It must not be time for it to go. Mark
