Whether it seems right or wrong more Sellers are doing that these days, Not clear to me why either.

You really need or want contact the seller and ask what it is going to take to buy it, or make them an offer. ìMost sellers claim for sale locally, so I suppose they have the right to run there auction however they likeî, I can hear you all screaming foul but the fact is someone else has probably already e-mailed the guy asking the same thing, Its just another game people are playing, avoiding seller fees and deadbeat bidders. Decide what it is worth make an offer plus shipping, all they can say is yes or no.
