Tom, when the current owner purchased this car he had the opportunity to also purchase a aluminum front end which the previous owner had collected over the years, however, the asking price for just the aluminum front end was $30,000. I can not see the point of spending that kind of money to put an aluminum front end on this particular car when in essence all that would be happining would be taking a perfect original survivor car and making it non original. This particular car is so stunning in it's original form I would consider it a travesty to add or subtract anything from it with the exception of bolting on the mounted NOS M&H slicks that do come with the car. Anybody looking for one to stand out in your collection which is also has great investment potential, this is the one!
