That would make sense if it was a late built 69 Camaro. The 1970 Camaro and Corvette did not come out until Feb./March 70,so they continued the 69 Camaro and Corvette bodystyle into the early 70 months.Thus it would have the Horizontal Blue GM Vin# and Date Certification label.
