Exactly. The big bucks was because of his ownership, not the car's worth. I for one would not pay extra for a car just because a sports star or hollywood personally once owned it. An x-race car with history is different.

BOSS 429 SUPERBOSS "LAWMAN" Mustang went over 100K. That car is a cool historical car. Looked like Kevin S bidding on it.

ZL1 #51 having trouble meeting reserve went up to 275 but they said RJ wanted 330.

This may sound crazy, but with $2000 steering wheels and $3000 distributors, next year this time the same ZL-1 will go to $375,000 and the reserve will be $425,000. I remember when everyone thought it was crazy and wouldnt go any higher when they were at $150,000. History repeats itself.
