Here's the cowl tag info. Maybe somebody can help decode it. I'm not up on my Monte stuff sorry.
This is a real SS454 car in case you are confused. He had somebody else's build sheet in his car. His car is NOT a 350 small block car. Somehow, a different car's build sheet wound up in his car!

Here's what I decoded. 13857 (V8 Monte 2-door sport coupe) BL (Van Nuys, California)
757 (Black vinyl bucket seats) 25 (Astro Blue), B (Black Vinyl top)
10B (2nd week of October 69)
