Interesting..................seems I remember this car being offered once before but could not find it.
To my knowledge, there has never been a confirmed '67 L-72 full sized Chevrolet though this is not being sold as one. As stated, L-72s were built but never installed in the full size cars by the factory. (confirmed) I think the COPO status could be correct (police option) however, that may be misleading in this add as this car was readily available with a 385hp 427 and the COPO status being due only to the police order. The 140 speedo would also be a police option. It would make for a neat street car restoration. That is a lot of money for a Biscayne needing a full resto and the engine and trans are missing but if he can get it, more power to him. I am in no way badmouthing the owner, just giving my opinion on value as I have owned a lot of '67 427 Impalas.
