If you are going to mention 3 neutral and 5 negative you should also include the 535 positives. That is alot of positives.

I agree with Charley. 1% negative reaction isn't something I'd get too excited about. It almost has to be expected on over 500 transactions. There's always a few people who can't be pleased, or come into the deal unhappy and just want to share it with you.

I would tend to strongly agree with Tom and Charley on the feed back issue, just based on the numbers. I don't know the car or the individual, but I would like to see a copy of the early build sheet.

His ebay offer to get a copy of the build sheet for $100.00 is not bad. I am just too cheap to go the whole hunskie.

I am good for $10.00, now I just need 9 others with $10.00 to join in

I've heard of this car in the past, I would tend to believe it's the real deal. I have kept track of most of the LS-6 conv. in a registry for a number of years and have a number of buildsheets. I would like to get a copy of the buildsheet too, the owner had refused in the past out of concerns someone would use his buildsheet for unauthorized purposes??? I never understood that. Put me in for $10 as well. Eight more to go.....

sometimes we are too quick to judge, maybe a mistake was made. i guess everyone should give the benefit of the doubt, well maybe. i hope that if everything is correct we didn't spoil it for the guy. anyone that steps forward to buy the car will certainly find out.

I don't think it's as much an issue of whether the car is legit or not, but his description in the auction was deceiving the way he said the block was decked and never mentioned that it was not the original engine. That casts doubt over the individual to begin with. All he needed was "NOM" and his ad would have been on the money. As for the feedback, if the 5 negatives were for bogus $100K cars and the 500 positives were for $.01 pencils, then I don't think I would consider that useful information. I don't know this individual so I can't comment, but I'm getting a negative impression and that is enough to prevent someone from dealing with you. That's my take on it.
