Since all of the items you mentioned were available mail order from the Motion catalog it would be difficult to establish a predigree w/out getting the car verified through Joel Rosen. Also, I believe the fee is currently $1,500. Perhaps you can track down the owner prior to 1975 before rolling the dice on the verification. Hope it works out for you. Let us know.

I also have a 73 MOTION Camaro that I am trying to document.I have talked to 4 of the past owners so far and they all say yep its a Motion ,sould have never sold it and is it for sale? I've talked to owners back to 83 and the last guy couldn't remember who he bought it from but he's going to try to track him down for me . Past owners are your best bet before spending the $1,500. I'm wating until I talk to the original owner before I fork over the cash. Good luck. Just curious wht color is the car?

jon, The car is brown with black stripes (odd combination). It sounds that the way to go is through past owners. The good news is that he does have the name and (previous?) address of the original owner. My next step is to see if we can locate him. Thanks for the advice. I'll post if I come up with anything.
