There was a Baldwin Motion '73 Z-28 featured in Cars magazine in '73 or '74. The pics were in B&W so can't remember the color but it did have white stripes and a built small block. Car had Cragars/lakewood traction bars.

Jon, those holes are not for Motion emblems but for the original Z-28 emblems. The ones on the tailpanel is probably for the TYPE LT emblem. The Motion emblems were held on with double sided tape. There were studs on the backs of the emblems but they were used by the manufacturer to hold the part during the chrome plating process. Once they were chromed the studs were removed and double sided emblem tape was placed on the back of the emblem.....................RatPack................ .
