Default Re: NC8 - Chambered Exhaust

Chris396;
Before you installed the chambered system, did you happen to try removing the over the axle pipes, tranverse and tailpipes and just running through the resonators?? I am considering doing this with my car to see if it wakes it up any. I don't think my car car would make it into the 13's right now, but I have to learn how to tune it correctly. Last night I barely got a chirp out of second gear, and I had it floored shifting at 5500 rpm!! Timing, jetting and valve lash?? It was a very depressing drive, my only consolation was that Pete's COPO and Neal's Yenko Nova's have run mid 13's - that's my goal.
