The best place for that info is the NNN club. Wayne has done articles in the past on how to prepare templates from junk yard cars that are used to properly locate the holes for various emblems.

Thanks, I was going to make a template from a car at the junk however there are no 1968 Novas left in the junk yards up here in Ontario Canada, they all rusted away. I'll just keep my eyes open and go to a few shows. Maybe someone there will have a 1968 that I can make a template off or take some measurments.
