There are no commercial ads allowed except by site sponsors. All for sale or trade ads need to have a price. No listing for offers only, but you can list something with a price. I'm not a lawyer, but, I think he is playing with both felony and fraud chrges, so, his threat is pretty empty. I agree with Charley & Belair Bob.Suggest to him that he go see a lawyer immediately to see what his standing is. I think he'll change his tune quickly. Good luck.
