That is a hard call Bill. Does he have any paperwork on the car? Does he have mileage statements, and registration history back to when it was new? That would help, along with pictures of the car at the drag and statements from the original owner deliniating the cars intended use. You have to look over the car very carefully, as if that has that low miles and the papers verify it, how much of the car is still untouched? Something like that would be cool in its unrestored form, especially if it could be documented. Price?? I don't know. I would have to see it........Joel
