Does anyone have the trim tag info on this Z28?

I might have the trim tag information at work. The car supposedly has the original window sticker but it looked awefully clean to me.

I've seen additional documentation on this car. It is real and by far the earliest JL8 car known. It was ordered by a GM exec's son.

I owned this car before, and yes, the car is an ORIGINAL JL8 car. The window sticker is real. The car was stolen in late 69 or early 70. Years later the axle and disc brakes showed up in a race car in the St. Louis area. The car now has rear discs back on it.. Everything William stated is correct. Very rare car!
