Default Re: Barrett-Jackson

So what's gotta go now, Jim? I won't give you any grief about auction car fever. The more you buy, the more cool stuff I have to sell. I'm hoping the black L79 Nova is coming over the bridge to find a new home....

As for other Barrett musclecar action, I watched (on Speedvision this year) a '71 Hemi Charger Superbee, well maintained but unrestored go for $90K, a red '68 GT500KR Convert Shelby go for $104K (! just a grand shy of the all time recorded record for these cars), and the Trapanier-built '57 Ford "Intruder" wagon did $115K. The $101K '56 Tbird is still the ultimate head shaker. I'd hate to write the check for that one after I'd sobered up......
