I wonder if my oil change right before had something to do with what happened. I changed from 10w40 which I have been running to the 15w40 driven GP1 synthetic blend. I will be changing the rockers anyway as they are 100ft/lbs under rated for the valve spring pressure. Any best bang for buck reliable rockers out there that can withstand 450ft/lbs?
