Default 87 El Camino SS

Selling my 87 SS, Black with burgandy velour interior buckets.

21K miles, window sticker and other new purchase information

Owner history - all stock with the powerful 305 V8! :-)

Mostly original paint - except the bed (scratches and the hood - due to acid rain issues)

Installed a Sandin Compressor with crossflow condenser and AC freon change for better cooling. Also added a power antenna - so not to hassle with the car cover.

New wheels and tires - have the orig wheels. Extra i have a set of NOS trim rings and center caps for the 87 style wheels , can go for the right deal.

Also installed a tonneau cover, custom made with black convert top material for a cleaner look and installed black snaps etc.

Needs nothing, NO dash cracks.

32K

----Very nice 87 El C SS! I had an 86 dark gray and silver combo for several years and loved it. The best part was a ZZ-3 350 Short block plopped in it at some point. Yours should bring that price if the right guy sees it. I'd love to own it but don't have the room!....Bill S

Last year of the ElCamino!! I tried to order one in 1987 but I was too late. Bought a Monte SS instead.

I've been an el camino owner all my life....just love the look of these late models.

Also had a number of the Choo Choo ones as well - like them even more!

Also - anytime I have sold an el camino, it was another el camino owner....there is just a unique following.

This is the 2nd nicest i have owned over the years. The other one was a 4K miles Choo Choo in the white. Also, had one of the 13 "el camino pace cars" from 1986 from the IROC Race.

I had to Google the Indy Pace version to see what you were talking about.
Talk about rare ride.

A special El Camino SS was the only truck to ever pace an IROC race. This IROC-S also featured the trade- mark aerodynamic front end design, IROC-S urethane paint in custom candy colors, and 16" aluminum wheels. Approximately fifteen IROC-S were built between '85 and '86 Choo-Choo

I had car 13 of the 15. I'll post a pic when i find it.
