----Very solid build plan, Chuck. My engine builder, Jimmy Reid (Reid's Automotive) and I chose a 73 dated LS6 block also as he told me it would take a 100 over bore as I couldn't afford a stroker kit at the time. This was 1991 and the engine produced 775 HP with a 14 to 1 CR. It ran so clean I rarely had to change plugs during a whole season. That was good as indexing them was a real pain,,,LOL!....Bill S
