This Formal Black 71 Hemi Cuda is a TorqueFlite car. It was known as the Chrome Cuda because a lot of its suspension pieces were chromed when it was a custom show car. It has since been restored back to original. Kenin Beswick had this car at the show in the Rare Hemis Invitational.

Thanks for all the pics and accompanying descriptions mrays! The "Chrome Cuda" was Lot #1313 at Barrett-Jackson's Scottsdale auction in 2010. It only brought $192,500 at that time - cheap for a '71 Hemicuda - but no doubt held back by its fully chromed undercarriage.

Thanks again for the pics and narrative mrays. It's very much appreciated!
Although I go to MCACN every year, I still look forward to your pics and description.
Your attention to detail does not go unnoticed.
