This is a Survivor smog system for a small block 1968 Corvette. I was told that it was taken off soon after delivery and it shows that it was properly stored. All the parts are Original and in great condition. I only cleaned the parts. All the finish and paint is original with No touch ups or restoration. The pump still operates smoothly and pumps air; was Not opened up.
Original pump with the pressure relief on top with original black insert. Original black paint on back. Original diverter valve 24765 with black attaching bracket, 3917648 hose, 1 1/4" DCM (Wittek) hose clamps, DH stamp and Schmelzer muffler. Original 3917690 LI GM and 3917688 LD GM Hoses with no wear on the stencils and white stripe vacuum hose. Original 4 x 1 1/16" Wittek hose clamps dated 2/68 (2nd qtr of 1968) with nice original plating. Original 3917234 pulley with scalloped back, original bolts and paint. Original white fan and pulley spacer, no rusty. Original tubes with no bends or damage, all nice nuts and with most all of the original finish. Original 5361992 check valves with nice original yellow dichromate finish. Original orange pump bracket, bolt and nut; original black adjuster bracket and bolt. Both in good condition with minimal paint loss. This is ready to install; needs no work. I can provide more pictures if needed. Email [email protected] or text/call Len at 908-418-2684. That is a great looking set up...you don't see systems this nice everyday.
Seems like a super value for someone who needs it... Does this system fit other vehicles...or Corvette only..?? GLWS -wilma

For GM cars, these smog systems have a lot of similarites. As an example, the 1968 Z28 used most of the same parts as this one. A member of this forum sent me a picture (shown below) of a complete '68 Z system along with pages out of the judging guide that I reasearched. Tubes and pulley are mine. Those differences include the tubes, bracket and pulley. The Z28 uses a 3925522 deep groove pulley.
