Just got this reply from the gentleman that posted the photo of the '65 GTO towing the VW.

"My dad installed the headrests. No Console, just the Hurst Shifter with the white ball on top. 4 on the floor."

First a neat advertisement.

Second a vintage ‘65 hardtop that looks to be Mayfair Maize, or possibly Mission Beige?
Black Cordova top.
Radio.
Inside day/night mirror.
Outside rear view mirror.
Custom wheel disc.
Red line on the back, whitewall on the front.

That’s crazy in this photo are three different year Tempest Series cars.

The ‘67 does not have a rear plate.

Might be a brand new '67 there. Also appears to be a dealer nameplate in the center of the tail panel.
