Karma works in mysterious ways. I was in Canada many months ago inspecting 3 cars for a client. One of the cars was a 1970 LS5 Chevelle which had a restamped block in it. I did an internet search looking for the original block while eating breakfast with the client and lo and behold, Steve posted the VIN on a thread on this very site. It was the only place this VIN popped up on. A quick call and a deal was made to reunite the original block with the car. Steve was currently driving his 1970 station wagon with that engine in it so now he would have to pull it and disassemble it to ship it. There are still a few good people in this world.
