Tim G, The pump was mechanically restored by "GOAT HILL"
Im trying to Doctor up the Cosmetic Finish of the Aluminum casting and Glassbeading alone isnt a good Look...............

Could you tape it up & have it vapor blasted ? On ATV engine cases glass bead them with lower air pressure then spray them down with wd40 & the finish is pretty good …

This is what my 40726 1970 A/C pump looks like , after light
coat of SEYMOUR Alumiblast and Misting with SEMOUR Stainless Aerosol (which didnt make much difference) I dont like the "LOOK" but Im done................. At least I wont get ORIGINALITY Deductions (Points) I cant explain why the Aluminum Casting has the areas of pitting...........
