Cans need to be rust free, I sold all my cans off, 3-4 were empty, leaked out.
They can be shipped ground w/ correct placard on, after all, they were all shipped to auto parts stores.
Like shipping the space saver inflator, my PO made a federal offense of it when I shipped one.
