Head scratcher for sure. Neither eBay or the auction has pics of the TT or VIN. But one of them is a scam, just which one?

Also for sale here, last digit of VIN is different than the ad on eBay.

I sent this dealer an email letting them know about the eBay listing. The listing is definitely a scam.
