Default Bill Thomas Cheetah for sale-1965

Fire up the Time Machine. We’re going back to the November 1965 Hot Rod Magazine Hot Rod Mart near the end of the magazine. I wonder if L. Worthington of Fullerton CA got the 8,000 dollars he was asking for his 396 Cheetah. Just above that ad is one for a 64 289 Cobra being sold by a man in Buffalo NY. The classifieds are some of my favorite parts of these magazines.

What is a Cheetah and a 289 Cobra worth today?
