This lady specifically asked the shop not to leave car outside , ( that sounds like a verbal contract ) if shop owner was not going to fulfill she should have been notified and given opportunity to make other arrangements. I’m not an attorney just my opinion , shop should be responsible for full value of car as well as some pain and suffering her and her family have to endure because of their negligence.

Just read a post on this thread on FB that it had been found. Waiting for more info to know if it true, but hoping so. No word on condition.

Shop owner claims a shadowy figure was dropped off April 9th , enters car and breaks lock on the steering wheel. How the hell would he know they broke the lock on the steering wheel from that footage??????
