Interested in this as I need a tank for my 72 Chevelle........

Quick search shows most of the performance parts guys (Summit, Jegs, etc.) sell the Spectra tanks. Any advantage to buy from a certain vendor as long as it is not the painted steel?

Summit may not have a better price anymore on some parts, but they may still offer free shipping. I think Jeg's and Speedway do too, at a price point.
I would never order anything like this from amazon, as there is no packing in anything I get anymore. Just the product or it's box inside another box 4 times too big and just gets thrown around in there during handling.
