I've driven past them many times in my travels and the lines and crowds are why I never stop.

Waiting to spend my money is just not something I grew up with in the, then, sparsely populated Midwest.
I've never been in a Costco either....

Steve, enjoy St Augustine ! All the little shops are cool. If you are there overnight, try to book a carriage tour around sunset to see the lights. Also, the lighthouse isn't far away and has a gorgeous view from the top...... of 219 steps...

There’s one just south of Lexington, Ky. On I75 and I heard they’re building one south of Louisville, Ky. on I65. Great sandwiches of all kinds, no semi’s just family travelers.

Same here Mitch, when we passed by the Bus-ees on I-75 in KY this past Sunday the traffic was backed up down the off-ramp and back on the shoulder waiting to exit.

Previously, we have stopped and it is an amazing place indeed!

Get you some Beaver nuggets! Take a look at the pay rates for managers. It's pretty good.

The jerky is pretty good too. I have gotten the bags which are smaller pieces but I think the bulk is bigger pieces. Will have to do that on the way home. My dad hits the fudge counter. Always a full box that lasts him a while. I have no idea why he doesnt have diabetes

I passed the one on IH 10 on the way home from Houston last Saturday. Every pump was full. People leave their car unattended at the pump while they shop. That location has gotten so crowded nobody stops there anymore.

The first Buc-ee's in Colorado opened in Johnstown, off Interstate 25, in March 2024.

Yep delicious!!! Devoured two briskets sandwiches on the way home! 20 freezers for bags of ice.... Luckily no wait to refuel and the brisket carvers were slicing and dicing when we arrived!
