Part of the problem with FedEx, is many of the locations and trucks are privately owned. At least with UPS the drivers are held to a higher standard (not that UPS does not have it's issues).

I saw the pic that Eric posted. Truly underwhelming. Glad your carb is safe with you. Eric’s got my 3910 now. Return shipping delivery for mine shouldn’t be an issue since it’s going to a commercial shipping/receiving company.
