Pretty big day today.
Finally was able to pick everything up from the machine shop. Scott got everything finished up late last night so myself, my dad, and my son took a ride to go pick everything up. Block had all the standard work done, as well as a bunch of AMC specific stuff drilling holes and cleaning up casting flaws. Crank is .030 under and balanced for the new rotating assembly Heads are port matched, ported and cleaned/polished. Chambers were softened for the boost plans. Ended up with a 62cc chamber. Intake flowed 260 at 500 and the exhaust flowed 210(?) I think. Those were from memory. Scott wrote everything down I forgot the sheet. Got everything home and unloaded and the engine is on the stand. I have most of the major parts except the head gaskets. I could probably have the engine together in about a weekend. All the clearances are set at .003. Mains and rods were all kept the same.
