We would always cruise nearby Commonwealth Ave and find mechanics with customers cars or new cars looking to drag race off the nearest traffic light. All the car dealers were on Commonwealth Ave Ford,Chevrolet,Buick, Dodge,Pontiac.Oldsmobile.Mercury,Rambler.At every set of traffic lights there was black rubber on the road from the burnouts Many memories from those days.The cops never bothered us because it was likely that they bought a car from one of those dealers
