agree with Tom. Engine pad looks good, trans restamp. Im not so sure about the POP either. Window sticker is a repop.
No real idea on how much rust, but it doesnt look bad from what I see. Trunk paint looks original. If the POP is good, that adds to value. I would guess $60's with original engine and unknown body condition. No pic of the rear axle either.

A good correction. Per CRG, the suffix wasn’t put on the POP after Muncie instituted the A, B, and C suffix for M20/M21/M22 production in Oct ‘68. I got too excited debunking the bad stamp
