Nice.
Interesting mod with the seat belt in the trunk. Easily fixed. Original rust free quarters? If so, that is a HUGE plus. Do you know if it was originally a ducted hood car? You can tell by the hole above the fuse block. Wow. That may be the most visible readable partial vin above the starter on the block I have ever seen.

The quarters are original to the car but not totally rust free. I have added some photos of the rust in the drivers side fender and quarter and the excess bondo in the passenger side quarter. No rust or paint bubbles visible in the passenger side quarter, just excess bondo which may be from a skim coat. The trunk drop offs are in great shape.
Original flat hood car. I thought the same about the vin stamp. It wasn't visible at all with the paint on. I removed the header and zbar and then sprayed some gasket remover and worked it with a wire brush. The remaining paint in the stamp made it pop.
