Question on your 66-67 SS cars. Are your Original door lock knobs plastic or metal. All the factory knobs on 65,66,67 GTO’s were always plastic. Some seem to think they were chromed metal knobs. In 1967 the top of the knob was a little larger.

I'm guilty of using the "coat hanger key" a few times myself, it always worked. Love that gorgeous red interior, I can smell it from here!
