Thank you all for the responses. So far I have 2 responses that think it is an assembly line part. The rest are confirming that early pumps were 2 letters for month and year. Later on it definitely changed. Please keep the responses coming. I'd like to continue the learning and maybe get a definitive answer on this particular pump.
