I remember seeing them here in Canada late ‘69 at the annual Home Show called the ‘Car Bar’. It was displayed w/ a new ‘70 Toronado that had spigots under the dash fed by windshield washer motors/hoses hooked to trunk mounted tanks/bottles of booze and mixes…crazy world back then/take me back.   ~ Pete .
