My 04D 1967 Camaro as found parked since the early 80s does not have the medallion in the middle. Factory Z23 interior decor/ power disc car. Found with original 8515 booster still attached, I also have original window sticker. I also attached a photo of the car in the late 70s. You can just see a portion of the pedal trim.
Interestingly my car has a few quirks like no carpet guard and the original 2 piece clutch boot was still attached. Hope this helps
