Karen is on a roll, finished second in the NYS qualifier for the nationals...next stop Scottsdale

May have to hire some of you western folks for security

Of course, Karen will need a special musclecar to drive while she is in town. Please send photos so she can choose something nice

She played the qualifier at Tuscarora Golf Club...nice track.

Karen arrived in Scottsdale yesterday along with a number of her friends who are playing in the event. This is the USGA Senior Women's Amateur championship which is being held at the The Troon Country Club...some joint

There will be 2 days of practice followed by 2 days of stroke play to determine the final 64 players. Then it is match play to the finish.

I will be home minding 'the fort' and feeding the cat...hope some of you local SYC folks can check out the action.

I am very proud of her...she has worked hard for this and it is a great finish to her season.
