My guess is it is the same hose as an L78, as the Holley carb has the same connection point and the PCV is in pretty close to the same location, so the 3871298 looks correct:

Went ahead and ordered the ribbed 23" PCV hose part #1745800 from DocRebuild today. I can provide pics if anyone needs to look at this item when it's delivered.

Thanks for everyone's help.

I'm guessing it was the owner who I was e-mailing back and forth on the site. He dots his I's and crosses his T's to say the least, very enthusiastic and a no nonsense kind of guy.
