Repo AC212 source
Does anyone know where to get a repo AC212 air filter that has the square mesh that is rotated 45 degrees? Long Island Corvette parts used to sell them. Now all I see is the expanded mesh that is diamond shaped. I am trying to find one for a friend. He would take a used one at this point. Thanks in advance.

He's looking for the square mesh that is rotated 45° George H.
I found one more Paragon Corvette "Best Way" A212CW filter brand new in the box here. Here's pics of it for reference, compared to my original oil soaked, right side up 1970 filter. |

OK - Heartbeat says square mesh (non rotated) is 69-70 application. So, square mesh rotated 45 degrees is for 67-68 application?

There a big story on those filters somewhere on this site. I can't find it at the moment. Maybe somebody else has better search skills....Joe
