If you aren't going to cut the roof, that eliminates anyone driving it, so... you can build your first EV..

4 wheel drive RC car. No clue where you would use it, but maybe you can start a new "trend". That seems to be the buzz word that motivates people to copy something now.
Buy a defunct go cart track and start races. This could expand into a whole new career...
